Who we are

ONHire ("ONHire", "we", "us") operates the ONHire recruitment platform, connecting employers with recruitment agencies. This is placeholder text describing our identity and registered details.

The personal data we collect

From platform users (employers, agencies and admin staff): name, email address, mobile number, company or agency name, address, state, city, PIN code and website URL.

From candidates, entered by the recruitment agency that represents them: candidate name, contact number, email, current organisation, current designation, experience, qualification, current location, current CTC, expectations, notice period, a free-text note, and a CV file.

Why we use it

To operate the hiring workflow: raising and publishing requisitions, assigning agencies, sharing consented candidate profiles with employers, and tracking credits. This is placeholder text; the final wording will describe each purpose in detail.

Who receives it

Employers receive the details of candidates who have given consent. Agencies assigned to a requisition receive the requisition's details. Service providers who help us run the platform (hosting and email delivery) process data on our behalf under their own confidentiality terms.

How long we keep it

Retention periods are being finalised with our legal counsel and will be published here before go-live. As a placeholder: candidate data is intended to be removed a limited time after a requisition is fulfilled or cancelled, and sooner if consent was never given.

Security

Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and access is logged. This is placeholder text describing our security posture at a high level; a fuller description will be added before go-live.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and may withdraw consent you previously gave. You may also raise a complaint or nominate someone to act on your behalf after your death, where the law allows it.

Children
