There are no passwords on ONHire: every login uses a one-time code sent to your registered email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address secure.
Employers raise requisitions and review consented candidate profiles. Agencies, once assigned by our admin team, add candidates and carry out quality review of submitted profiles. Each role must use the platform only for genuine recruitment activity.
An agency may add a candidate to a requisition only if it has that candidate's permission to share their details. We separately ask the candidate to confirm this before the employer can see their profile.
An employer may use a shared candidate's data only for the hiring decision on that requisition, and must delete it once asked to by the candidate or once that hiring process is complete.
Raising a requisition and requesting a replacement use credits from the employer's account, as shown on the platform at the time. Credit purchase and refund terms are placeholder text for now and will be finalised with the client.
You must not use ONHire to upload unlawful content, misrepresent a candidate's consent, or attempt to access data you are not authorised to see.
The ONHire name, logo and platform design belong to us. You keep ownership of the data you upload, subject to the licence you give us to operate the platform on your behalf.
The platform is provided "as is". This is placeholder text; a fuller limitation-of-liability clause will be added after legal review.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. You may ask us to close your account at any time by contacting support.
